Paul Siew (B.Sc. Toronto, WSET III) is a consultant in wine, a home-brewer and a connoisseur of all alcoholic beverages. He is passionate in linking people with good food and good wine.
Bernice Lee (B.A. Yale, M.I.L.R. Cornell) is an etiquette consultant who was certified in the U.S. She will share essential table manners so that you make a great first impression with easy grace while enjoying your food.
